Robert Ryberg, MBA, CADC-II
Robert has been intimately involved in the financial and operational management of healthcare businesses for over a decade. He has held a variety of clinical and executive management roles within the behavioral healthcare field, most recently as CEO of C4 Recovery Foundation and Co-Founder of Peak Consulting Partners, an industry leading financial and management consulting firm focused on the delivery of advisory consulting for strategic growth and development. In addition to his work with these organizations, Mr. Ryberg has extensive experience as an owner operator and investor of privately held behavioral healthcare organizations.
Mr. Ryberg joined the C4 Recovery Foundation board of directors in 2011. He holds a BS from Utah Valley University, as well as an MBA with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and Healthcare Management from The University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management. He is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor (CADC) and enjoys working with various community and mental health programs in Illinois and Arizona. Mr. Ryberg is also an angel investor and consultant and board member in numerous growth-oriented healthcare and service businesses.
