Rick Hubbard

Rick Hubbard worked in the commercial banking industry for over 20 years and served in several management roles for one of Texas’ largest bank holding companies. In 1989, Rick co-founded Revere Mortgage Bankers, a retail and wholesale residential real estate finance and mortgage company that he operated until 1998.

He began his career in behavioral healthcare in 2002 at a highly respected, Texas based residential addiction treatment facility. He worked in various aspects of addiction treatment administration, including admissions, utilization review, marketing, and business development. Rick moved to Florida and represented a local residential treatment facility in 2005 before returning to the Texas facility in 2006 as Director of Business Development.

In 2012, Rick joined Origins Recovery Centers as a Community Relations Representative, became a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor Intern in 2013 and was promoted to Western Region Director of Business Development in 2014. In 2015, Rick assumed the role of Corporate Director of Business Development, and was named Vice President of Professional Relations in 2017. Rick has trained in several models of structured family intervention including the Johnson Model and the Arise Model, and has facilitated scores of interventions over the years. Rick serves on the Board of Directors of C4 Recovery Foundation, he is a member of The National Association of Alcohol and Drug Addiction Counselors, The Texas Association of Addiction Professionals and he also serves as co-chair of the DFW Behavioral Health Symposium.
